Project Purpose

By acquiring DogWifShorts, you agree to participate in the DogWifShorts ecosystem and obtain services thereon. The Company, the Distributor, and their respective affiliates will develop and contribute to the underlying source code for the DogWifShorts ecosystem. The Company acts solely as an arms’ length third party concerning the DogWifShorts distribution, not as a financial advisor or fiduciary regarding the distribution of DogWifShorts.

 

Token Utility

The native cryptographically-secure fungible protocol token of the DogWifShorts ecosystem (ticker symbol DogWifShorts) is a transferable representation of attributed utility functions specified in the protocol/code of the DogWifShorts ecosystem, and is designed to be used solely as an interoperable utility token thereon. DogWifShorts is a multi-utility token intended as the medium of exchange between supporters of the DogWifShorts ecosystem in a decentralized manner. The purpose of introducing DogWifShorts is to provide a convenient and secure mode of payment and settlement among participants who interact within the ecosystem on the DogWifShorts ecosystem without intermediaries such as centralized third parties.

 

DogWifShorts is not a medium of exchange accepted by the public for goods or services or for discharging a debt. It is also not designed or intended for use by any person as payment for goods or services not exclusively provided by the issuer. DogWifShorts does not represent any shareholding, participation, right, title, or interest in the Company, the Distributor, their affiliates, or any other entity. Ownership of DogWifShorts carries no rights, express or implied, other than the right to use DogWifShorts within the DogWifShorts ecosystem. The secondary market pricing of DogWifShorts is not influenced by the DogWifShorts early contributors, and there is no scheme to control or manipulate such secondary pricing.

 

Furthermore, DogWifShorts provides economic incentives to encourage users to contribute and participate in the ecosystem on the DogWifShorts ecosystem. Without DogWifShorts, there would be no incentive for users to participate in activities or provide services for the benefit of the entire ecosystem. Additional DogWifShorts will be awarded to users based on their actual usage, activity, and efforts made on the DogWifShorts ecosystem. Inactive users will not receive any DogWifShorts incentives.

 

Nature of the Token Documentation

The Token Documentation is a conceptual paper that outlines some of the main design principles and ideas for creating a digital token known as DogWifShorts. The Token Documentation and the Website are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute a prospectus, an offer document, or an offer of securities. They do not solicit investment or offer to sell any product, item, or asset. The information provided is not exhaustive and does not imply any legally-binding or contractual relationship. The accuracy or completeness of the information is not guaranteed, and the Company, the Distributor, their affiliates, and the DogWifShorts early contributors have not independently verified it. The project development roadmap and network functionality are subject to change, and neither the Company nor the Distributor is obligated to update or correct this document.

 

Validity of Token Documentation and Website

Nothing in the Token Documentation or the Website constitutes an offer by the Company, the Distributor, or the DogWifShorts early contributors to sell any DogWifShorts, nor should it be relied upon in connection with any contract or investment decision. (C) You acknowledge that DogWifShorts may have no value and is not intended for speculative investment;

(D) The Company, the Distributor, their affiliates, and the DogWifShorts early contributors are not responsible for the value or liquidity of DogWifShorts, or the availability of any market for DogWifShorts; and

(E) You are not eligible to participate in the distribution of DogWifShorts if you are from a jurisdiction where such distribution is prohibited by law.

 

The Company, the Distributor, and the DogWifShorts early contributors disclaim all representations, warranties, or undertakings regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of the Token Documentation or the Website. To the maximum extent permitted by law, they shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other losses arising from the use of the Token Documentation or the Website. DogWifShorts token

DogWifShorts is intended for use within the DogWifShorts ecosystem. It has no tangible or physical manifestation and no intrinsic value. It is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other digital asset. It does not confer any rights with respect to the Company, the Distributor, or their affiliates. It is not a representation of money, security, or any other financial instrument. DogWifShorts is not a loan to the Company, the Distributor, or their affiliates, and it does not provide any ownership interest.

 

Users have no economic or legal rights over the assets of the Company, the Distributor, or their affiliates after the token distribution. Any secondary market or exchange for trading DogWifShorts would operate independently of the Company and the Distributor, who will not create or act as an exchange for DogWifShorts.
